Zoning Board Meeting Schedule

East Rutherford Municipal Building gazebo

Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of East Rutherford hereby provides notice of the following public meetings: 

Regular meetings of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of East Rutherford shall be conducted on the following dates in the year 2018; February 1th, March 1th, April 5th, May 3rd, June 7th, July 12th, August 2nd, September 6th, October 4th, November 1st, and December 6th.  The Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold its 2019 reorganization meeting in 2019 on January 3rd, 2019. 

Each of these meetings shall consist of a work session which is open to the public which commences at 7:00 p.m. and the regular public meeting which shall commence at 7:30p.m.  All of the meetings set forth in this notice shall be held in the second floor Council Chambers at the East Rutherford Municipal Building, 1 Everett Place, East Rutherford, New Jersey.  Formal action may be taken at each of the aforementioned meetings.
